Gary Comer here with Superior Home Inspection Inc. I've been in the home inspection business for 14 years. I started in the concrete construction field, then went into the building maintenance & repair. I then worked in the Air Conditioning field which also consisted of experience in all aspects of commerical & residental construction & repair. I also have training in the insurance adjusting field which covers detailed roofing & all other aspects of building  damage & repair. 

Other inspectors can pay money & join orginizations to claim they are a qualified home inspector. I have the hands on experience with installtion & repair of every aspect of a home.

To obtain my State Licenses I had to work in the field for a length of time to be able to take the test. During over 20 years in commercial & residential repair & maintenance these are the licenses I have acquired.
